Built for those who believe a great braai shouldn’t require a great deal of gear, the Stofbok Braai is a premium flatpack braai engineered for portability, precision and performance.
Crafted from durable 1.5 mm 3CR12 stainless steel, the Stofbok is built to handle the demands of outdoor cooking while remaining compact enough to pack away with ease. Its precision air vents provide controlled airflow for a more consistent fire, while the clever flatpack design folds down to just 44 × 34 × 6 cm—compact enough to fit neatly inside an ammo box.

Adjustable cooking height

Included with every Stofbok is a 2 mm stainless steel open grid, measuring 35 × 31 cm, with adjustable height positions. Raise or lower your grid to fine-tune the heat and cooking distance, giving you greater control whether you're searing meat, grilling chops or taking your time over a proper South African braai.

Built for the outdoors

The Stofbok is corrosion-resistant and dishwasher-safe, making both ownership and cleanup refreshingly simple. Its stainless-steel construction is designed for repeated use, from weekend camping trips and overland adventures to backyard braais and spontaneous fireside meals.
